REMEDY
Remedy is a unique software tool for sales force automation which resides on a palm device. The representative carries a palm device with him/her and takes the orders on it using the software. The palm is synchronized with the inventory and accounting system on the distributors machine either by connecting it directly to the system or through a telephone line, using a modem, from the field. Upon synchronization, the stock position is updated, new products get added, the orders are recorded and the receipts get generated. Not only the product details but the payment details can also be collected and the signature of the retailer can also be captured using the software.
